I try not to complain a lot…cause I don’t want any of you to stop reading. But I really need to make some changes in my life. And that’s all I’m going to say on the matter.
Does anybody know a way to make squats less boring? I started the 30 Day Squat challenge. So far my legs hurt and I’m bored. I know I found all these different ways to do crunches so that I could mix it up but what about squats? I would add a kettle ball…if I could afford one! There has got to be some way to make a dance out of it or something besides just “down and up and down and up and down and up and down.” (Britney Spears- Up and Down) Maybe that’s what I’ll do…
I was thinking about video taping work outs. It was awhile ago when I got really excited about having a blog and how to get readers and I thought hey what if I made a “work out video”? It could be me doing the work outs that I was doing anyway to loose weight and I would give full disclosure that I am not a Fitness Guru nor a professional I am just a simple fat girl who wanted to share her weight loss journey with all of YouTube. I decided not to for fear of the YouTube Bullies but maybe I will. I will have to put more thought into this. What do you think? Does it at least sound entertaining?
The scale doesn’t seem to be moving. It’s been about a week and I haven’t lost anymore weight.
