I have two loves: Michael Jackson and Chinese Food. Well I have many loves but those are the important ones. Anyway I don’t remember when I actually came up with this recipe and I’m sure it is a variation of something that I found probably on allrecipes but what I do remember is that is was VERY TASTY! If you try it please tell let me know if you like it and if you added or subtracted anything.
1 Chicken Breast sliced
.5 c Orange Juice
.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Thickening agent (flour and water)
In a greased skillet cook chicken.
Mix juice, red pepper, garlic, onions, and honey
Add mixture to chicken and allow to simmer
And flour and water and keep heated until sauce thickens
Serve with rice and broccoli
